She has extensive business experience with Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including; petroleum, chemical, medical, scientific, manufacturing, technology, financial, and government. Consulting engagements include the United States, Far East, Europe, Canada and Central and South America.

Prior to beginning her HR Consulting practice in 1987, she was the HR Manager for two Fortune 100 companies. She is a member of several local and national professional organizations.
