Self-Assessments
Our learning profiles are web based assessments that are easy to use, informative, and effective. Individuals are quickly provided a powerful synopsis of their skill level, a 10/10 report of strengths and improvement areas, a development plan outline and more. All profiles can be used in self, 180, 360 modes and are extremely effective when used as a pre/post workshop learning tool.

Situational Training
Just in time training is a powerful tool for developing skills when you need them. We have several skill building courses ranging from half-day to full day workshops; such as Dealing with Conflict, Working through Organizational Change, Communication Skills, Listening Effectively, Understanding Personality Styles, Conducting Performance Discussions, Coaching Skills, and more.

Teambuilding
As a team moves through its developmental stages, interventions become an invaluable tool for maintaining a healthy work environment. Our full or half-day workshops are designed to help team members improve their working relationships as well as the quality and quantity of work they produce. The team identifies factors that are blocking performance and work together to resolve high priority issues.

Team Development
With an experiential learning design, this multi-day program provides the preparation groups need to begin functioning as committed, high-performance teams. Participants will acquire and develop group operating process skills, clarify team roles and responsibilities, learn to give and receive feedback, and understand the personal communication style of others. This program dramatically accelerates the process of team cohesiveness.

Managing Excellence

    Many organizations take their best performers and promote them without the necessary skills needed to be successful in a leadership role. The consequence for not preparing individuals for such an assignment far exceeds any developmental time or cost and can result in more turnover. This program builds fundamental skills for new leaders by focusing on the role of supervision, leadership, delegation, communication and teamwork. After leaving the workshop, supervisors are better equipped to handle the day to day personnel problems while keeping their work group on course.

    Leading & Managing – A Balancing Act
    Today’s business environments demand that all managers possess effective leadership and management skills. This workshop helps participants develop the leadership skills for communicating organizational direction, developing key relationships and inspiring others, as well as fine-tuning their managerial skills of directing the operations, developing the organization and reinforcing performance. When individuals learn how to combine both skill sets, a synergy is created that surpasses either style when used alone.
